Brian McKenna has spent his life in eastern Wyoming. His dad - “Wild Bill McKenna” - loved to fly airplanes and passed that love on to Brian. He owned many different aircraft built between 1946-1956, but Brian spent the majority of his time airborne in a Luscombe 8A, Piper Pacer and PA-16 Clipper. Together, they flew to airshows, took X-C trips to Oshkosh and herded antelope for the Wyoming Game & Fish Dept. Brian soloed in a rare Evans VP-1 Volksplane (by accident, no less) and went on to spend 31 years with the Farm Service Agency, starting out flying aerial photo missions in a Cessna 210.
