JACKSON HOLE AIRPORT

The view: The Tetons from Jackson Hole Airport (KJAC)

The pilot: Duncan Witte

The airplane: Piper Arrow, PA28R-201

The mission: First stop on a cross-country from Boise, Idahoe (home) to Monroe, North Carolina

The memory: There were a lot of wildfires around, so I’d been flying in smoke for several days.  But when I flew into the Snake River valley at Jackson Hole, it was clear and beautiful.  After landing, this was the view from the GA ramp!
