The view: A rainy sunset over Lake Norfork just East of Mountain Home, Arkansas, nestled in the Ozark Mountains. Taken Friday, July 20, 2018 at 3,000 feet
The airplane: N2680X, Cessna 182/G
The pilot: Frederick S. “Rick” Spencer
The mission: Flying my family back from Bob Jones University Band Camp in Greenville, South Carolina (KGMU into KBPK), after a week of vacation in SC.
The memory: Wonderful family vacation where my wife took the PinchHitter Course in N2680X and I got my tailwheel endorsement in a Cessna 140 from CFII John Luepp in South Carolina while my daughter went to camp.
