About Travis Hoggard
Travis Hoggard is an engineer, avid tinkerer, World War II history buff, and lifelong aviation enthusiast. He had no aviation influence as a child, but in his early twenties, he couldn’t wait any longer and went to a local airport and found someone to train him. Travis earned his private pilot certificate in 1997 but took a hiatus from flying in 1999. Returning to aviation in 2017, he recently earned his instrument rating, a longtime dream. Also a vintage aircraft enthusiast, Travis owns a 1946 Stinson 108 and flies it regularly.
