The view: Caesar Creek State Park in Ohio

The pilot: Jason Clishe

The airplane: Cessna 172

The mission: Returning to Warren County Airport (I68) from our practice area

The memory: As a student pilot and photographer, views like this are one of the many things that get me excited about aviation.

    Jason,

Did you turn up the instrument lights, use a flash, or composite an HDR stack to capture the tremendous dynamic range in this shot? A truly beautiful photograph.

Whoa, I submitted this over a year ago and had forgotten all about it. Was kinda surprised to see it show up.

Thanks Kim! This is just a regular iPhone capture. I ran it through Lightroom for straightening, perspective adjustments, noise reduction, sharpening, and color enhancement.
