About Wolfgang Langewiesche
Wolfgang Langewiesche (1907–2002) was a pilot and author, best known for his book Stick and Rudder. Langewiesche wrote for Air Facts for many years in the 1960s and 70s, as well as Reader's Digest. He also taught ground school for the US Army during World War II and was a test pilot for Vought and Cessna.
