Neal is a recently retired home builder and residential real estate developer. He is one of five in his family, spanning three generations, who have held pilot’s licenses, starting in the early 1970’s with his dad, and most recently one of his three sons earning his wings in 2019. No longer an active pilot, Neal flew out of the family’s private grass airstrip in rural Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin for over 28 years. Over the decades, he has been civically active in various local, reginal, and state non-profit organizations. Today he serves as chairman of a board of commissioners for an Inland Lakes Management District. Married 38 years, he and his wife are enjoying their first grandchild and joyfully anticipating their second. They like to spend their weekends at “the lake” with family.
