The mission: $100 Ice Cream
The memory: My seven-year-old granddaughter loves to fly with me and we are fortunate to have at least 10 public airports within about 30 miles of our home base here on Cape Cod. We took a quick flight to one of our favorite ice cream places near Chatham Municipal Airport (KCQX) on a beautiful July evening. Upon landing back at KHYA we were treated to this sunset. Truly the cherry on top!

Frank has his SR20 based at HYA. He is retired from two careers and works part-time at a third. Most of his flying now involves volunteer medical transport for various organizations.
