The view: The iconic Pueblo Bonito in Chaco Culture National Historic Park, New Mexico
The pilot: Lauren McGavran
The airplane: Remos GX
The mission: From Santa Fe, NM and back
The memory: A nice flight with a friend from WAY back, who recently earned her certificate at the same time that I did. Lots of big empty – better have planned the fuel right! Few roads, few people, no cell service.
Editor’s note: This is the latest installment in our weekly series called simply the “Friday Photo.” Each week we’ll share a great photo taken from the cockpit – one that shares the joy, beauty or fun of flying. - Friday Photo: Pueblo Bonito - September 16, 2016
This is a really good photo of Pueblo Bonito. I’ve made the flight several times and each time, either the light or my position weren’t right.
Good job.

Thank you. I got lucky, I guess!
